- Respond to floor calls swiftly during live events
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on gaming-floor systems
- Keep accurate logs of repairs, upgrades, and equipment usage
- Collaborate with the audio and promotions team on guest experience
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in the field
- Technical training in electronics, computer science, or mechanical repair is a big plus
- Slot machine maintenance certification is valuable but optional
- Troubleshooting expertise across electronic and mechanical issues
- Friendly, professional customer service when assisting guests or staff
- Record keeping: repairs, machine resets, and inventory
- Flexible schedule: nights, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail: spotting tampering or irregularities is key
- Security awareness: compliance and gaming regulations
